TERMS OF SERVICE
Usage
➤ commissions are for personal use only you’re allowed to use it for icons, pfps, headers, backgrounds, posting on social media, video edits, printing for personal use, etc.➤ using commissions for commercial use is not allowed; you may not use my art for financial gain➤ i retain full rights to commissioned work and i should be credited for it; clients may not take credit for my artwork commissioned work will still come with my signature and clients may not remove it➤ using my art for AI training or NFTs is strictly prohibited➤ using my artwork for anything i don't allow is copyright infringement
Payment
➤ listed prices are in USD➤ full upfront payment via (preferably) venmo but also paypal➤ personal information is confidential between me and the client➤ once payment is sent, client must notify me through email/message with proof➤ payment is non-refundable, unless i have not started drawing or i am unable to complete the commission
Agreements
➤ i reserve the right to decline any commission request i don't feel comfortable with taking➤ client understands that i may use their commission (watermarked) for promotional purposes (e.g. social media posts), however if client wishes to keep the commission private, they must discuss it with me and provide reason to why➤ i will not work under deadlines at the moment as i am a college student with other responsibilities.. that said, i will provide progress points and keep clients updated➤ art may take 1 week - 1 month to finish this depends on my schedule and i will let the client know if i can➤ client acknowledges that character designs may be slightly adjusted to better fit my style

Process
1. after i’ve received your form, i will email you if i’ve accepted your commission2. payment is upfront and comes after i email you (i will mention it in email)3. i will ask specific questions about your request (if i have any) and ask you to provide photos of reference/inspiration. if commission is an oc, i will ask for a reference sheet or something similar.4. i will send a sketch and to make sure everything is to your liking. major revisions to drawing can be made only during the sketch phase (minor revisions may be allowed later on depending on what it is).5. i will update you with progress on your commission (e.g. lineart, coloring).6. final artwork will be sent as a google drive to preserve quality.
